The Skiing - Just Awesome!

The skiing options are unlimited as you venture out on long excursions around the circuit or discover each individual area day by day at a more leisurely pace.
The local area of Morzine itself has much to offer, particularly for beginners and intermediates. Mostly on blue and red runs, start from the Pleney and move on to explore Nyon, Chamossiere & Les Gets then continue on to Mont Chery where you will find some quiet wide-open runs.
The largest international ski circuit in the world, the Portes du Soleil has plenty to offer every standard of skier and snowboarder. Experts have the black mogul runs and powder fields on the Coupe de Monde as well as the famous Swiss Wall to challenge them. For intermediates there is an endless supply of blues and reds throughout the whole circuit, while any beginners will start closer to home on the nursery slopes of Morzine before venturing further afield.
Access into the circuit from Morzine is simple and fast with the Super Morzine Telecabine and Les Prodains cable car linking you into Avoriaz. From there you pick up the links to reach hundreds of miles of pistes and acres of off piste that will keep any skier or snowboarder occupied for months or even years, let alone a weeks holiday.
