With the GR hike routes, Portes du Soleil and Dents Blanches tours and 300km
of marked footpaths in the Aulps valley 'getting away from it all' is easy.
Visit the Mines D'Or Lake, traverse the ridge of the Roc d'Enfer or gaze
at Mont Blanc.

Golf:
Les Gets: At an altitude of
1300 metres this 18 hole par 70 course is challenging with ponds, lakes and
crevasses to snatch away the wayward ball. Take plenty of golf balls
and don't forget to look at the superb views!
Avoriaz: A wide rolling 9
hole par 36 course.

- a must do course for all golfing enthusiasts - home to the 'girlie masters'.
Pre-booking is essential.
Fantasticable:
Unique in the world - two cables each stretching from mountain to mountain.
Fly superman style reaching speeds of up to 50mph. Great fun.
Suitable for all. Must weigh at least 35kg.

Just 45 minutes drive away Lake Geneva offers some splendid scenery.
Cruises are available from just a simple crossing to a full tour around the
lake.
Visit Yvoire, a medieval town known as one of the most beautiful villages
in France.

Chamonix & The Mont
Blanc Massif:
A 20 minute trip on the famous rack and pinion
railway from Chamonix takes you to the foot of France's biggest glacier,
La Mer de Glace. Look out for the Ice Grotto carved out each year for
the past 50 years. Alternatively take the cable car to the Aiguille
du Midi and cross over the glacier at an altitude of 3842 metres.

Annecy and its
Lake:
Annecy is known for its lake and the canals that mingle between the streets.
Have lunch overlooking the banks of the Thiou then visit its historical centre
or the fantastic shops.
