Golf

At an altitude of 1300 metres the Les Gets 18 hole par 70 course is challenging with ponds, lakes and crevasses to snatch away the wayward ball. Take plenty of golf balls and don't forget to look at the superb views!

The golf course at Avoriaz is a wide rolling 9 hole par 36 course.

The Evian golf course is the jewel in the crown - a must do course for all golfing enthusiasts - home to the 'girlie masters'. Pre-booking is essential.

Rock Climbing

Push your limits with a half day or days climbing with an experienced local guide. Enjoy the variety of crags, French grade 3 to 8a (new areas being developed), bolted Rocher d'Escalade, multi-pitch and high mountain routes. Courses for beginners.

Hiking

With the GR hike routes, Portes du Soleil and Dents Blanches tours and 300km of marked footpaths in the Aulps valley 'getting away from it all' is easy. Visit the Mines D'Or Lake, traverse the ridge of the Roc d'Enfer or gaze at Mont Blanc. Maps and guides available locally.

Via Ferrata

A way of traversing and climbing the mountainside using permanent cables, ladders and walkways. Sample the stunning views without any climbing experience.

Swimming

2 swimming pools (1 olympic sized), childrens paddling pool, terrace with deckchairs and parasols, slide race, beach volleyball, water polo and scuba diving.

Devil Cart

A peddle cart is dragged up the course by a ski lift and then you race down against each other - definitely not for the faint hearted or sane!
